I was happy to put the finishing touches on this little floral after breakfast this morning. I started it last night before dinner, but I only got it blocked in before I called it a night.
The azaleas don't last very long, at least not this kind--they bloom once, and that's basically it, so I'm happy I finally recorded the beautiful pink and magenta shades that I get to enjoy in my courtyard each spring.
5x7 inches on canvas board. Oils.
The colours in this are so gentle,, and literally melt together.x
