Working the ink pen--trying to dabble here and there with ideas in my sketchbook--whatever comes out at the moment. The holiday weekend was busy with friends and family, so not much is getting done in the art studio. Add in summer irrigation problems and gardening responsibilities, and that pretty much takes away most artistic, creative energy. It ebbs and flows. I suppose I'm used to that by now.
Love your ink sketches. These could turn into larger framed works quite easily.

And, of course, your garden is a visually creative endeavor in itself. So, you're definitely being artistic this summer; don't sell yourself short.
