July is turning into a lazy month--filled with reading, studying, watching country music videos (that's a new thing for sure!), sleeping in, and sometimes doing art. This past week I dug out the sewing machine and made a bunny softie, and I also started a new woodburned egg. Housework is low on the list, as it should be!

Wednesday evenings are now dedicated to watching Project Runway. I don't know why, but we get a kick out of this show. I think it's the creativity factor pushed to the limit that keeps us curious each week.

Composition Notebook

I forgot about this one--it is a collage entry in my composition notebook. I switch back and forth from this notebook and the moleskines. It just depends on my mood and the end result that I'm looking for. I ended up stamping with some carved rubber stamps that I created and using magazine images for the background collage.

Last Moleskine entry for June

It's the end of June already! This was my last Moleskine entry for the month... watercolors, pen and ink, collage, and graphite. No worries though--there are more summer days ahead for art and reading. :)
