Swan study

I reviewed several swan photos and chose two different poses, but I decided to place them close together, almost in an abstracted, mirror-like position. Watercolors and ink in my small moleskine.

I started this last night while my husband watched some sporting event. It was a good time to play with color and ink in my small Moleskine, without much of a plan. The words came the next day.

I have been super busy and haven't had a chance to add artwork lately. Here is an acrylic abstract that I did in March, but I never got around to posting it here on the blog.

This has bits of collaged sheet music woven into the composition. 16 x 20 inches on stretched canvas.
